Xmas with cancer
Christmas will be strange this year! Strange because my Mum usually comes to visit but this year she’s not feeling too well and has been advised not to travel.
I have felt incredibly homesick just lately, especially since my diagnosis, operation and ongoing recovery. I suppose you always want your family around you at a time like this.
I decided to stay put in Spain and make the best of it and decided to have Xmas lunch at a lovely restaurant in the lakes. This is a beautiful part of Andalucia and being there always makes me feel better. Read more
